Aim and Scope
The primary aim of ARSYA is to publish high-quality scholarly works that contribute significantly to the theory and practice of educational leadership and management. The scope spans key areas including school and university leadership, strategic planning, quality assurance, educational policy and governance, human resource management in education, educational finance, and digital transformation in educational settings.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary studies that address modern educational challenges across primary, secondary, and higher education contexts globally and regionally.
